RE: calibrate

‍In the midst of the continued pandemic, artists in year 2 and 3 of the BA(Hons) Fine Arts program at LASALLE responded with remarkable resilience. Faced by the uncertainty of today’s world, each student expanded their visual language to uncover new sensibilities and push boundaries of art making.  Students explored code abstractions, video art, the performative body, fieldwork, and wearable art. Each elective illuminated challenging topics such as the natural environment, disappearance, chaos, heroes, home and so much more. This online exhibition is the culmination of what it means to RE: calibrate, to find new ways to counter continued incertitude. The students welcome you to this online digital space to discover and share their inventive interpretations of these topics.
