Nuhayd Naufal (b. 2001, Indonesia) is an artist and aspiring independent curator whose works function as conduits of existential discourse with situated awareness of the body. Poignant, precarious yet determined, an observable act of transgression is consistent in his art processes. He is particularly interested in experimenting with alternative modes of artwork presentation both within conventional white-cube space and otherwise. Conscientiously blending the boundaries between art objects, installations and exhibition spaces in his current practice, he hopes to extend the possibilities of art viewing and experience. He is currently pursuing his BA(Hons) in Fine Arts at Lasalle College of the Arts.
