Tasfia Hasin Nawar is a lens-based Bangladeshi Artist who is currently residing in Singapore. She has done work with traditional methods like painting, sketching, and pottery, but her current interests lie in more conceptual-based artworks and installations. In the past, she has worked with marginalised groups of people in society such as the Rohingyas and the migrant workers of Singapore. Recently, she has been focusing on gender normativity and the cultural norms of the Indian subcontinent.
‍Absolving/Luminescence explores the digital iteration of the 3D Holographic Universe inside a 2D expanse. The project is interactive and is of exuberant nature.
