Jyoshitaa works widely on sound, assemblage, printmaking and paintings. She takes inspiration from problems which are spoken about by many but taken into consideration only by a handful, and from small aspects of these problems which remain unnoticed. Feminism and nature inspire her. The different phases of the moon control the speed of the tides. Tides and Moons is a recording of the different tides in the same place over a span of 14 different days.
